Position: Spa Attendant - Casual/Part-Time (leading to Full-Time)
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a relaxing environment? We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Spa Attendant and a Hairstyling Attendant to join our team on a casual/part-time basis!
Spa Attendant Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa areas
- Prepare treatment rooms for guests and ensure they are well-stocked
- Assist in laundry and upkeep of spa linens
- Provide guests with a relaxing and luxurious head spa experience that combines a deep scalp cleanse with classic spa rituals. (Spa attendant - Training is provided)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a salon, spa or beauty industry is a plus but not necessary (training provided)
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills a must
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility with scheduling (including evenings and weekends)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be physically able to sit or stand for long periods of time

Hairstyling Attendant Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling stations, tools, and equipment.
- Provide guests with exceptional blow-outs, curls and other styling services.
- Offer beverages or refreshments to guests during their visit.
- Ensure hairstyling products are stocked and organized.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the spa at all times.
- Provide excellent guest experience, answering guests inquiries and assisting with appointments when necessary.
